Can you try sourcing the following: source /opt/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.7.256/compiler/bin/ifortvars.sh intel64 source /opt/intel/composer_xe_2011_sp1.7.256/compiler/bin/iccvars.sh intel64 and then send me the output of the env command? Also, are you using the bash shell, or a C shell like csh or tcsh? If it's a C shell, you should use ifortvars.csh and iccvars.csh instead of the .sh versions. Cheers!
