[netCDF #DPR-263504]: NetCDF for Windows x86/62bit.

Sorry it's taken so long to respond to your question, it went missing!

What Ed was referring to was these collections of DLLs, available from 
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32

win32_vs_f2c_dll_4.0.1.zip
  -rw-r--r--   1 ed       ustaff    505002 Feb 11  2007 win32_f2c.tar.gz

The first was for Visual Studio.
