[netCDF #SPU-502397]: Issues With NetCDF Compiling in FORTRAN

It looks like you have the libraries in the wrong order, because the
netCDF Fortran library, libnetcdff.a, contains functions that call the
netCDF C library, libnetcdf.a.  If you just reverse the order of those
two libraries, it should work better.
