[netCDF #EDM-388542]: Make error with AIX 5.3 on power6

Howdy Joseph,

I think I have fixed the problem that caused this. Can you try again the the 
snapshot release I just put out there?
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf-4-daily.tar.gz
