[netCDF #PEE-953132]: authenticated opendap

This is fixed in the current snapshot distribution
(ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf-4-daily.tar.gz).

However, that code interprets the name:pwd as being a proxy password.
Is this what you want or do you want it to be interpreted as
HTTP Basic authentication password?
