[netCDF #YWP-403246]: compiling netCDF

Hi Chad,

Could you please see what kind of file ncdump thinks it is and send us the 
output from running

  ncdump -k wrfconv.nc

(assuming the output from nccopy is a file is named "wrfconv.nc").  

If wrfconv.nc is the output from nccopy, it can't be an hdf4 file, because 
nccopy can't write hdf4 files.

If that doesn't resolve things, we may need access to the wrf output to
try to determine what nccopy is doing with it ...
