[netCDF #UEF-905105]: Using NetCDF 4.1.2 with WRF

OK, I would like you to try in a new directory with this release:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf-4-daily.tar.gz

Do not use the --with-hdf5 option, it is no longer supported. Instead set 
CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS with appropriate flags. 

If this does not work, send me the complete output of make and configure, and 
also the config.log file.
