[netCDF #UEF-905105]: Using NetCDF 4.1.2 with WRF

Can you try the latest daily snapshot? I just made lots of fixes to the build 
system:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf-4-daily.tar.gz

Install according to instructions here:
