I had not forgotten about you, but I was working on the windows DLLs. These may seem unrelated, but the major problems were all in the build system, which now is a lot cleaner and more correct. So perhaps it will address your problem too. I haven't tried a super-computer build of the latest snapshot yet, but that is on my list for today.
