Howdy!

I have made a lot of recent improvements to the netCDF build system. I wonder 
if you can get the latest daily snapshot and let us know if it works for you:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/snapshot/netcdf-4-daily.tar.gz
