Sorry it took so long to reply to your email - we have been overwhelmed by support emails! There are various ways to convert a text file into netCDF. The most straightforward way is to write a program in Java or C. Other alternatives include using scripts to change the data format to the text-based netCDF CDL format, which can then be converted to a binary file with the netCDF utility ncgen.
