Hi Shouben, > I see all my Linux systems report kernel error about netcdf_fe_modul's > segfault, but none of my user complains. Do you have any idea where and > how this error comes from? No, sorry. I've never heard of "netcdf_fe_modul", and that string does not occur anywhere in netCDF source code. I suspect it's from an application program that has that function name. If the segfault results in a core file, you could use gdb to determine the call stack and that might help determine what functions are involved. --Russ Russ Rew UCAR Unidata Program address@hidden http://www.unidata.ucar.edu Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: NER-679496 Department: Support netCDF Priority: Normal Status: Closed
