[netCDF #NVG-153188]: netcdf install error

What you are seeing looks like an incompatibility we just noticed between
netCDF version 4.1.1 and the latest HDF5 version 1.8.6.  Until this is fixed,
a possible workaround would be to build netCDF-4.1.1 against HDF5-1.8.5-patch1
or build the current netCDF daily snapshot or netCDF version 4.1.2-beta2 with
HDF5-1.8.6.  Both those combinations are known to work.
