[netCDF #DOE-704686]: (No Subject)

In fact a temporary file is created named "/tmp/pseudofileXXXXXX"
where the XXXXXX is some unique number.
Since it creates it in the /tmp directory, I would have thought that
it would work. Any ideas about why it cannot create it?
