[netCDF #DOE-704686]: (No Subject)

I am not sure that this is a netcdf problem.
If I plug those urls into a web browser I see
the same effect, namely that one produces output
and the other does not (please verify for me).
My immediate reaction is that this is a server problem.
Can you give me more information?
