[netCDF #HQJ-659259]: Error running ./configure when trying to install netCDF 3.6.3

Howdy Chrissy!

The problem is that your fortran and C compilers are not playing nicely 
together.

Look in your config.log for the error message, and see if you can figure out 
why your compilers are not working together.

Also, is there some reason that you are using such an old version of netCDF? 
Why not try the 4.1.1 release?
