[netCDF #BUY-248879]: how to configure 4.1.1 without dap, curl, idn

I am not sure I understand why including curl
would cause a build failure, but in any case,
I am putting a fix into tonight's snapshot.
So tomorrow you can try it and see if I fixed it.
