[netCDF #NBS-392373]: libnetcdf.so should be linked with -lhdf5_hl -lhdf5 when --enable-netcdf-4

The configuration you gave me in two messages ago
is missing --with-hdf5=...
and --with-zlib=...
Did you just forget to mention them in your message?

Also, in the most recent message, you say

Not sure what you mean because this will not work if you 
are only using static libraries, for example. Can you clarify?
