[netCDF #EAM-622298]: Missing: "unsigned long"

I believe that Russ agrees that they should be added, and he's the man as far 
as the classic API is concerned.

What seems certain is that these are not going to be added to the imminent 4.1 
release. When they are added, it will be announced in the release notes and on 
the mailing list.
