[netCDF #VTA-338921]: Error building NetCDF-4 on CentOS 5, x86_64

Rich-
It looks like you are using the snapshot of 
10/20/09 (4.1-beta2-snapshot2009102000)
and it appears that it was missing a couple
of the new test files.  Getting a new
snapshot should take care of that problem.
Also, you the missing attribute errors
are just harmless warnings and you can ignore
them.
