It looks like the problem isn't with the netCDF-Perl package, or
with the netCDF library, but with the DynaLoader module of your
perl(1) installation: that module can't find the symbol
"_intel_fast_memcpy". Unfortunately, I've never heard of that
symbol.
Can you re-install your perl(1) package?
