[netCDF #HGE-810541]: Sorry it is not working

Mohamed,

It looks like you set
  CPPFLAGS='DpgiFortran -DNDEBUG'
instead of
  CPPFLAGS='-DpgiFortran -DNDEBUG'

Try running "make distclean", setting CPPFLAGS correctly, and invoking the
configure script again.
