[netCDF #MPL-618419]: Problem building in cygwin.

Howdy Michael!

I have been working on your problem, and have made some good progress. I have
fixed the g95 problem I was having, and added g95 testing to my daily snapshot
testing both on Linux and under Cygwin.

But everything works for me - I can't duplicate your error.

Do you perhaps have another version of netCDF installed somewhere?
