[netCDF #UHW-173309]: Downloading Issue

Hi Jonathan,

I just tried downloading the Windows DLL for 3.6.1 from the page you
referenced, and it seemed to work OK.  Maybe it was a transient problem
while we were foixing our DNS server.

If you still have problems downloading the file, try this ftp URL instead:

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32/netcdf-3.6.1-win32.zip
