Hi Daniel, We don't have the Intel compilers on Linux to test with, but other users have reported success by setting specific flags before running the configure script. For example, see these recommendations for a CFLAGS and FFLAGS environment variable setting that has been reported to work: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/other-builds.html#linux_ifort_10 Make sure you run "make distclean" before setting the environment variables CFLAGS and FFLAGS, then rerun the configure script and "make check". --Russ Russ Rew UCAR Unidata Program address@hidden http://www.unidata.ucar.edu Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: KIK-224505 Department: Support netCDF Priority: Normal Status: Closed
