[netCDF #QLW-566018]: Problems running configure to build netcdf

Hi,

The config.log you sent was output from a configure script
for the CDO package, not for netCDF.  I think you will have
to ask the CDO package developers or maintainers what caused
the error.  I notice you can send bug reports for CDO to
