Hi Luca,
First, sorry it's taken so long to respond.
Although you referred to an attached log file, there was no attachment in the
email message we received.
Also, the --enable-64bit option doesn't work properly with netCDF-3.6.2, as
noted in the "Known Problems" list here:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/known_problems.html#enable-64bit
We don't test on the Ubuntu platform, so can't reproduce exactly the
problems you are seeing, however I'm assuming we should be able to
help just using a different Linux platform with the same compilers.
Are the .mod files created in the source directory by the g95
compiler, but just not copied to the /usr/local/include directory
by the "make install", or are the .mod files not created by g95?
If they are created, just copy them manually to the /usr/local/include
directory and see if things work after that.
