[netCDF #IMT-385711]: [netcdfgroup] Can't find include file

Hi Tim,

We don't have access to a Cray XT platform, but if you send us the items listed
here:

we may be able to figure this out.  It would also be helpful to see the file
fortran/nfconfig.inc,
which is supposed to be where the NF_INT_IS_C_INT or NF_INT_IS_C_LONG macro
gets defined.
