Hi Saunei, The netcdf-3.6.2 version works fine with gfortran, if that compiler is in your PATH and found by the "configure" script. You can also set the FC environment variable explicitly to point to gfortran if necessary. Here is an example of the output of a successful build with gfortran on a Linux platform: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/builds/3_6_2/nc3_make_distcheck_out.txt and here are the instructions for making and installing, including how to set which compiler to use: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/netcdf-install/ --Russ Russ Rew UCAR Unidata Program address@hidden http://www.unidata.ucar.edu Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: YKE-495629 Department: Support netCDF Priority: Normal Status: Closed
