Sorry again, I seem to be confused about that NF90 flag and need to clear up
the
documentation and my understanding.  According to the documentation, the flag
should be
NF90_HDF5, not NF90_NETCDF4 or NF90_FORMAT_NETCDF4.  Please stand by, while I
make sure about this ...
