Enicho,

I fixed the bug in ncgen revealed by your example, so now instead of

  ncgen -f 4000073_prof.cdl > 4000073_prof.f
  Segmentation Fault(coredump)

I get

  ncgen -f 4000073_prof.cdl > 4000073_prof.f
  ncgen: 4000073_prof.cdl line 609: FORTRAN statement to assign values to
  PROJECT_NAME too long!

This fix will appear in the next release.
