I'm sorry, we have only ever ported the F77 API to windows. The reason is that each fortran compiler is unique and therefore we would have to own all of them. We are increasing our ownership of fortran compilers, but we don't have absoft pro fortran on our windows machine. The best bet would be to use cygwin and build netCDF from the command line, with your absoft pro compiler.
