[netCDF #OAL-252466]: netcdf-4

Hi Jim,

In the alpha release, ncgen doesn't parse all the new netCDF-4 constructs that 
ncdump generates for things like Groups and user-defined structures.  This will 
eventually work, but isn't there yet.  Thanks for help in testing the alpha 
release.
