[Support #NHI-804360]: aggregation server in THREDDS

Hi Carl:

the "fileAccess" is from the old AS. there are some examples here for the new 
way:

I often write the NcML and test in ToolsUI, before running in a TDS. The TDS 
tutorial may be useful:
