[Support #KTF-319726]: Nectdf Installation and Building Problems

Hi Roberto,

The "configure" script did not run to completion, so it never generated the 
Makefiles necessary for "make install" to work.  You are using a beta test 
version 3.6.2-beta6, but we have released the tested version 3.6.2.  Could you 
please try the tested version available from

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/release-notes-3.6.2.html

and if it also fails, please send the information we need to diagnose the 
problem, as listed here:
