[netCDF #IKS-582359]: netCDF example programs in IDL

Hi Ken,

Thanks again for the IDL examples.  We will change the comments in the Fortran 
examples to try to clarify the dimension order issues.  I'll add links to your 
IDL examples to our program example page soon.
