[netCDF #DAY-124483]: netCDF General - building netCDF w/ intel fortran

Yes, apparently Xcode 2.3 was missing the crt2.o runtime support 
initialization, so you did the right thing.  Thanks for reporting the solution 
before we got around to looking at the problem!
