Why don't you try sending it to my personal email: address@hidden Another alternative would be to cut and paste the text right into the body of the email instead of sending it as an attachment. Who knows what is happening, but I've been using this web support system for a few months now, and never had this problem with anyone else's attachments. Computers!!
