Hi Robert:

We will remove the WARNING message, so you can choose to not load the 
bufr librray if you dont need it. It will have to wait till next week 
until im back in the office ( You might want to send messages to 
address@hidden in the future, to avoid 
delays when im out of the office). Thanks for reporting the problem.
