[netCDF #CWX-707496]: What happened?

That is the directory where the source would be if you downloaded the source 
tarball, and built it with MicroSoft Visual C++. But you got the pre-built DLL 
so you don't have (or need) the source code.

If you've installed the DLL and configured your compiler to find it, give it a 
try and it should work.
