Oops, sorry, that will have to be fixed.  I specified that netCDF
downloads not require any login, but apparently something has changed.

Instead of going to the my.unidata site, please get the latest beta13
from:

  ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf-3.5.1-beta13.tar.Z

I'll try to get the my.unidata download site fixed.
