Thanks very much for contributing these. For now, I've made your .tgz
file available from
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32/netcdf-f90win32.tgz
We get asked for the f90 interface for win32 platforms often enough
that it will be great to have something to point people to. I've also
put a small note in the "What's New With NetCDF" page at
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/whatsnew.html
where for now I mention the specific platform you built this on, until
we can verify that it works on other Win32 platforms.
