What were the indications of the FTP failure?
>Let me know what is the right procedure.
Anonymous FTP is the correct procedure. I just tried an anonymous FTP to
ftp.unidata.ucar.edu (user: anonymous, pass: email address) and had
no problems. Please try your FTP again as your previous unsuccessful
attempt may have been network related.
