Re: 980323: ftp & http weirdness

We're unable to duplicate the problem you report, and haven't heard
reports of such a problem from anyone else recently.  I've just looked
through the FTP logs to confirm that the netcdf-3.4 distribution has
been downloaded successfully by 19 users today, 9 users yesterday (22
March), 11 users on Saturday, and lots of users on Friday.  I also see
your logins in our FTP logs, but can't tell from the log messages
any indication of a problem, for example:

and there are successful FTP downloads both before and after this time
in the logs.

I'm forwarding this to our systems administrator, to see if he can
determine the cause of the problem.
