There is an old MSDOS ncdump executable that you can get by anonymous
FTP from our FTP server, ftp.unidata.ucar.edu in the directory
pub/netcdf/old/msdos.  Binary distributions of the netCDF are available
for various platforms in appropriate directories in pub/binary.
