Oops, try this one, and be sure to get it in binary mode:

   ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/old/msdos/NCDUMP.EXE

It's an NCDUMP executable for MSDOS systems.

I'll check into the URL we have for Hondo's stuff; thanks for pointing
out the problem ...
