netCDF 3.1a DLL for Win32

This archive contains answers to questions sent to Unidata support through mid-2025. Note that the archive is no longer being updated. Hi Mahdad,

Steve Simpson sent a .zip file to the netcdfgroup mailing address
(thanks Steve!) , but our mail handling software decided it was too
large for posting to the group of 500 or so addresses.

I've made Steve's .zip file containing the source and .mak files
available for downloading as

    ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/nc31a.Win32DLL.zip

I've also included a brief description about the .zip file in the
"What's New with NetCDF?" page at

    http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/whatsnew.html

so other users can find it later.
