new minor release of netCDF 2.4.1

Hi Hartmut,

I've just made a new minor release of netCDF available in our FTP
directory.  I haven't announced it yet to the netcdfgroup mailing list,
though I have updated the HTML documents for "NetCDF Release Notes" and
"What's New with NetCDF" accessible from the netcdf home page to mention the
new minor update.

Ordinarily I'd let your perl script figure out which are the new files, but
I just noticed our FTP server seems to be giving modification dates that are
in the future for these files, so I'll list the new files that should be
retrieved from <URL:ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/>:
