Thanks for the info.  I've constructed a new draft GMT entry at

    http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/utilities.html#GMT

Please let me know if there's anything wrong with it.  In particular, if I
shouldn't include the e-mail address for Walter H. F. Smith, I'll omit it as
you have done in the GMT pages.
