Re: installing netcdf

I think this is a question for the HDF developers rather than for us,
because it involves their changes to the configure and Makefiles.  If I had
to guess what is wrong, it appears that you need to build the software
in a different order.  I think you have to first make the HDF base software
and install it before you even run the netCDF "configure" script to try to
build the netCDF interface.
